Learning About Personality Differences

This one hour presentation will allow the participants to get a quick overview of personality type and how it will impact their interactions with others.

Workshop Summary

In order for a leader to be effective, he or she must be self-aware. This workshop has been designed to help leaders become more familiar with how they receive energy, perceive the world, make decisions, and organize their lives. Participants will walk away more self-aware and better equipped to lead.

What's Your Personality Type?

Description: The MBTI® instrument is the world’s most popular personality instrument. It is used by more than two million people each year in most Fortune 100 companies and more than 70 countries. During this workshop, the participants will be introduced to the eight personality types. Each participant will identify his or her preference for perceiving the world and making decisions. He or she will also identify his or her preference for obtaining energy and managing time. Workshop participants will leave the workshop with a better understanding of how to lead themselves and others.

Workshop Summary

Once a leader is self-aware, he or she must develop skills to work with others. The abilities to set and achieve goals, communicate, make decisions, and manage conflict are mandatory skills needed to effectively motivate and lead others. This workshop is an excellent follow-up to Learning Leadership through Self-Awareness. Participants will leave this workshop equipped with skills to lead within teams.

Workshop Summary

KAMYLIN Worldwide uses Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunction of a Team Model to help teams create become more cohesive and productive teamsunits. Teams participating in this workshop will take a team group assessment to measure their team’s strengths and limitations. During the workshop, the team will learn how to address the issues that may be preventing their teamthem from being more productive. After the workshop, teams will leave with practical ways to improve trust, navigate conflict, achieve commitment, create accountability processes, and focus on results.
