Our Philosophy at KAMYLIN

At KAMYLIN Worldwide LLC, our mission is to empower leaders, so they can empower others.  We partner with individuals, schools, businesses, and other organizations to train and develop their leaders.



Our process begins by helping the team or individual gain insight into their character and personality.  We use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to identify the innate preferences for a person’s four mental functions: sensing, intuition, feeling, and thinking.  We use Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team model to identify a team’s susceptibility to absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability, and inattention to results.  Once we have identified a person’s or team’s potential for improvement, we partner with them to develop skills that will enhance their leadership.


Skill Development:

We teach leaders essential soft skills that will help them maximize their unique skill set. During this phase, we will establish measurable goals for specific skills that you need to improve and create customized skill development sessions tailored to your specific needs.

Goal Setting: You will learn how to create SMART goals that will help alleviate stress and frustration and improve relationships.

Decision-Making: You will learn the ZigZag problem-solving method in order to help tackle tough decisions that you may face.

Communication: You will learn the eight key areas that inhibit effective communication.  In addition, you will learn how to communicate effectively with each of these different types of individuals.

Conflict Management: You will learn how to regulate your personal emotions and identify ways to resolve conflict within your relationships with others.

Time Management: You will learn how to identify your preference for how you organize your life and develop ways to make the most of your time.

Execution: You will learn how to follow-through on your decisions and motivate others to do so.


Service to Others:

Leadership is commitment.  At KAMYLIN Worldwide, we develop leaders who are able to empower those with whom they work.  We will help you identify your specific strengths and how you will best use these strengths with family, friends, and colleagues.
